Bellemur Art Project is an Ibiza gallery and website. We have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy concerns. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website: //www.bellemurartproject.com. By using this site, you do hereby warrant and represent that you have read, understood and agree to all the terms and conditions stated herein. By using this site, you also represent and warrant that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions stated in the User Agreement which is incorporated herein by reference.
We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website. Your IP address is used to gather broad demographic information (e.g. through Google Analytics). We use cookies for other purposes as set forth below. Our site’s registration form requires users to give us contact information (such as names and email addresses). We use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user information about our company. The customer’s contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. Unique identifiers are collected to verify the user’s identity and for use as account numbers in our record system.

Bellemur Art Project is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites and disclaims any liability for any damages that may result from the use of such sites. From time to time, users have the opportunity to participate in special programs and will be able to opt in to programs that will transfer their information to other services. This will occur only with prior permission from the user. Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor’s unique identifiers. Unique identifiers are collected from web site visitors to verify the user’s identity and for use as account numbers in our record system. Bellemur Art Project expressly disclaims any liability that may arise from the provision of any information whatsoever to this site. You, the user, do hereby agree to hold Bellemur Art Project blameless regarding any liability that may arise from the provision of any information on this site or gain through this site. This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. This includes a customer record manager and other technical systems. Bellemur Art Project is not responsible, however, for any loss or misuse of any information you may submit to this site. You do hereby agree to hold Bellemur Art Project blameless regarding any damages that may result from the use of this site. The submission of information to this site is done solely at the user’s own risk.

Bellemur Art Project´s use of member information.
Two things drive Bellemur Art Project’s decisions regarding the use of information collected from Bellemur Art Project members: 1) improving user experience by offering personalized services and content, and 2) market research.
Bellemur Art Project may analyze the information provided directly by you, or obtained through cookies or third parties to direct services and content based on your interests. Bellemur Art Project reserves the right to collect market research data in order to generate sales to corporate clients. However, market research data may be used at the aggregate level to:
Improve the likelihood of a sale to a group of Bellemur Art Project members;
Increase the likelihood that a group’s experience on Bellemur Art Project is relevant to its interests as a whole; Formulate group-level statistical models that are used to accomplish goal #2 (above).

What is Bellemur Art Project’s information retention policy?
To preserve the integrity of our databases, standard procedure calls for us to retain information submitted by members for an indefinite length of time. Bellemur Art Project understands your submissions as consent to store all your information in one place for this indefinite length of time if we so wish. If required by law, as is the case to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we will nullify member information by erasing it from our database. We will also respond to written member requests to nullify account information. If you wish to make such a request, which requires that we verify your identity, or if you have any questions regarding this policy, contact Bellemur Art Project at info@bellemurartproject.com. Also, by using this site, you do hereby represent and warrant that you understand and agree that all information submitted by you to Bellemur Art Project becomes the property of Bellemur Art Project and may be used at the sole discretion of Bellemur Art Project in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the User Agreement.
With whom does Bellemur Art Project share information?
When you submit information to Bellemur Art Project, it is generally collected, processed and maintained solely by us. Sometimes we may allow partner companies to collect information about members from us or directly from you (through their website). When Bellemur Art Project is the source, it is usually so that we can provide a service with a partner. We choose to work with upstanding companies that will treat your information responsibly. But, since we don’t own these companies, we can’t speak for them on privacy issues. Before telling them about yourself, check out their privacy statements. Some of our services are offered in conjunction with partner companies. In order to provide these services, Bellemur Art Project may choose to share some of your user data (e.g., including, but not limited to, username and email address).
How can Bellemur Art Project members edit their information?
Bellemur Art Project believes in giving you the ability to edit your personal information. Mailing list preferences can be edited from the navigation bar. There you can view, update and correct your information. Any changes/requests for further information should be directed to info@bellemurartproject.com.
So that we can protect the integrity of sensitive data, there are certain pieces of information, such as your age, that you cannot alter. For example, since children under 18 are not allowed to register as Bellemur Art Project members, we need to take reasonable measures to preserve the accuracy of our members’ ages. Our databases automatically update any personal information you edit in your profile, or that you request we edit. Information transmitted through boards, chats, polls or through any other means remain in our databases and become the property of Bellemur Art Project upon submission. Keep this in mind if you decide to communicate personal information through any of these applications.
Bellemur Art Project and the protection of children’s privacy
Bellemur Art Project is intended for people 18 or over. Our registration process is intentionally designed to identify children under 18 years of age. We have also made an effort to specifically limit Bellemur Art Project’s appeal to people of age 18 and older. Bellemur Art Project will not knowingly collect any information from children under 18. If it comes to our attention that a member has revealed, on Bellemur Art Project, that they are under 18, a member of Bellemur Art Project’s staff will immediately close their account.
Note to parents: If your child is under 18 and has become a Bellemur Art Project member using a false age, please notify us at info@bellemurartproject.com so that we can immediately close the account and nullify all personally identifiable information collected from them. If your child is under the age of 18 and you would like to know more about our site, information practices, stored information on your child, or how to close your child’s account, contact Bellemur Art Project’s staff at info@bellemurartproject.com. In both instances, you will need to provide your full name, address, phone number, email address and your child’s user name.

Bellemur Art Project’s security and privacy policy are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary. This policy might change as Bellemur Art Project updates and expands its services. Bellemur Art Project will contact you via email and post notification if there are any material changes in its privacy practices.
